Since its humble beginnings in the early Eighties, our building has undergone many changes, as has our Church. People change, places change, but the enduring Majesty, the boundless Grace, the countless Blessings, the immutable Word, of our Lord, Redeemer, and God will never change,
We are taught to build our house upon the Rock, to build up our treasures in Heaven, in short, to invest our time and effort in the matters of true Life. We are led to work in people, as that work has eternal benefits. Our Mission here at Plamer Church of The Nazarene is stated as 'reaching the Valley and beyond for Christ', and by His Grace, we strive to do just that. In this way we engage ourselves, as members of a Family, in the work set forth for us by the Great Commision, that Jesus may be preached to the entire world.
Our part is here in the Valley, and, in conjunction with other similarly motivated Families, we are doing that very work - preaching Jesus. Found in our congregation is a type of love for one another, a true and abiding concern, that we understand to be a rare and precious thing. We subscribe to a Biblical creed, our beliefs founded in sound Doctrine, our faith founded upon the true Rock, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Oh, we are still human, we have our idiosyncracies, each of us, but the Good Lord works in and through us just the same, and it is our true hope that visitors to our Family will feel at home among us, experience the same wonder as do we at the workings of the Spirit, and come to understand that each person is precious in, not just the sight of the Lord, but the hearts of each and every one of us here as well.
Come, join us in joyful worship and happy praise of Him! Seek out The Lord, for He has promised that if you do so earnestly, you shall surely find Him. There's no better time to start than now, and here at the Palmer Church of The Nazarene is an excellent place to begin your search.
Behold, He knocks - Will you bid Him enter?
